Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Video Webinar
I use Zoom Video Webinar for client meetings and team meetings. Though Zoom Video Webinar, the presentation slides can be shared to other users. We use it for our regional company meeting, connecting with other offices across countries such as Japan, Thailand, Korea, Malaysia, and Singapore.
- Zoom Video Webinar is easy to install and use. It is extremely user friendly.
- Many apps can be integrated with Zoom. I integrated Google Calendar with Zoom to manage my schedule easily.
- The quality of video streaming is much better than other similar vendors. It is rare to experience technical issues during video-based meetings.
- Sometimes the users are inaudible. Like other video communication platforms, I need to exit and return back to the meeting to solve the problem.
- Zoom has the recording feature for recording the meeting. This feature is immensely useful when other users walk through presentation decks.
- Zoom is most appropriate and cost-efficient for group webinars. It charges for group webinar so ensure that there is a group of people is attending the virtual meeting.
- Zoom is very cost-efficient for one-on-one client meetings.
