Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

We use it for all points of our ABM strategy. We have all sales and marketing team members engaged and actively using the product.

  • Huge ROI. Our sales cycle is extremely long (2 years) so no actual success percentages yet for close business.
  • The amount of time I save using Zoominfo is INCREDIBLE!
  • Very easy to use
  • Engage could be drastically improved
  • Websights is making improvements but has not replaced my other vendor
It's a huge time saver when searching for contacts needing your service. The intent is amazing to narrow down our search even closer! Engage was not developed for marketing applications, but it fits the salesperson's needs. Training videos are good, quick, and easy to watch. They are not troubleshooting, troubleshooting is difficult to find.
