Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo SalesOS
CRM sales data is often incomplete with several missing fields such as employee count, industry, etc. Zoominfo company information is used to enhance CRM data as well as for sales data analysis. I have also used it occasionally for market analysis. The contact database is also often used in demand generation and targeting efforts.
Pros
- Large company database
- Large contact database
- Records are fairly complete
- Data can be integrated into CRM
Cons
- In my opinion, search function is a little kinky. doesn't always work well
- Chrome extension does not work half the time
- They have an employee range on the company page. For the longest time, I did not realize that you can hover on the employee range to see the actual count. Instead of hiding it thus, it should be more prominently placed
- I have sometimes seen that the web version of Zoominfo can have different employee counts

- While Zoominfo has been used extensively by different parts of the organization, the impact on my objectives has not been very high due to data inaccuracies and impaired search functionality that calls for more manual efforts.
