Overall Satisfaction with Zuora

Zuora is used for billing customers and used by all teams through Salesforce.com. It replaced a custom billing platform we had built specifically for our business.

  • Keeps most users away from the details of billing
  • Hosted/SaaS
  • Ability to charge late payment/interest fees
  • Detailed SaaS based reports (like Cohorts)
We have been a long time client and so have not recently reviewed other products.
Zuora is great if you are using Salesforce.com and have a subscription related business. It is very powerful and so complex - if you are currently able to invoice using Excel it may not be the right fit until you grow further.
