If you have a lot of customer interaction with your site, where you need to collected specific, targeted, situational data, 123FormBuilder is an absolute winner. If your site is more information and perhaps leads to a software platform or other product or service, 123FormBuilder might prove unnecessarily robust for you. Something simpler and cheaper might make more sense for you. But in most cases where you're seeking to collect information from customers, I'd happily recommend 123FormBuilder.

Extremely well suited for anything that entails interacting with existing Office 365 applications (SharePoint, word, excel, outlook, power bi, PowerApps, power pages, PowerPoint, azure, delve, teams. If your organization is already paying for even just the basic o365 license, then it should be your first place to look at automating manual time consuming tasks.

  • "When an item is changed in a SharePoint list, do ____" - very easy to trigger massive flows of data based upon a one-field change on a SharePoint list.
  • Being able to manually trigger from a Microsoft PowerApp button press to perform actions.
  • Scheduled tasks - once a day, get every record in (LIST) with (Filters) and do (Stuff) to them.

Cons
123FormBuilder
  • Some employees are intimidated at first. After all, it is html.
  • There is so much functionality that it can be easy for novices to get lost.
  • Will there be more payment flexibility? parents use more of the bank to person payment options.

  • Approval file size limit can be increased. currently 50mb in attachment limit.
  • Ability to recover the flows. Currently if a flow is deleted there is no way to recover it.
  • Converting data from Sharepoint into pdf can be done but need to use 3rd party connections.

I like the product, but I am no longer in control of the project where this product was being used. However, I would definitely use 123ContactForm on future products

For most tasks WinAutomation is great and easy to use. You just set up tasks on a step by step basis and you can even tell the program what to do when there is an error (such as continue with job). Sometimes with complicated web extraction jobs it would be good to be able to easily extract data from the web page source.

So Microsoft Flow support for its general troubleshooting or correcting issues is excellent. But to my knowledge, Microsoft Flow itself does not have service providers, even though they offer templates on their online app. I have found myself many times trying to complete individual actions that have no known template or even forum example. Every business is unique, and Microsoft does an excellent job of providing versatile yet straightforward systems. Microsoft Flow is definitely on the more advanced side of things. Having support or being able to purchase superior service (on building personalized flows) would be great.

I installed 123ContactForm myself and while I had some issues installing it I was able to visit their website and the troubleshooting information they provided in their faq section. They did offer other support if a user needed additional support, but I found the information provided on their website to be more than sufficient

Compared to JotForm or Woofoo, 123ContactForm offers a much better interface and better flexibility than the other tools. I have used JotForm only to get stumped by their inability to push the limits of the form. As for Woofoo, the level of ease of use in terms of their interface leaves much to be desired. Any updates made to their form was down using a WYSIWYG, where with 123ContactForm you can make the updates while building the form

I haven't used any similar products and didn't have the need to evaluate other products as Microsoft Power Automate worked with the technology we already used and I was not using the tool for anything more complicated than simple task workflows.

  • Power Automate has allowed us to create applications or customer interfaces we would not have been able to if we weren't able to move data around like we can with Power Automate
  • Power Automate helped us connect 3rd party systems that previously had no connection by passing data between different channels. This reduces license counts.
