    Previously I needed to manage the employees' check-in and check-out time manually, but from now on, I don't have to do that because of automatic time tracking done by actiTIME. Now I can also track the project status and tracking. And its unique reporting helped me to analyze the status easily.

    The best thing that I saw in this tool is that you can view and manage all the things from a single dashboard. It's super easy to create, give feedback and organize tickets, and it is also very easy to track the progress of any individual ticket. Along with these, its functionality is so easy to understand that anyone can use it after using it for a while.

    When looking for solutions for our business, I personally looked at Aautotask. I am not the decision maker so I don't know what my boss looked at in full. Autotask seems good. It looked like it got a bit complicated and may be for very large enterprise customers. Just lots of features that we don't need.
