As for technology and implementation... I think they are superb. But in today's world you can't go around doing whatever you want to stroke your own ego. You have to care for your clients & communicate with them. AdMob loses all respect there. I understand banning those illegal click farm guys in Asia/Africa, but banning a developer in Europe who has nothing to do with click farms, and then refraining to verify their own data collection is absolutely nauseating.

My rating of Woopra is the absolute best possible. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an analytics website that prefers a visual interface and a beautiful design. I have not encountered any problems using their app -- ZERO! Their integration with other marketing software, such as MailChimp, helps our company zero in on our marketing campaigns and gives us the information we need to make better choices. I LOVE Woopra and think they are the best out there! I have used other websites and there is no comparison!

  • Hands down, their user interface is the best out there! The app is extremely user-friendly and I can navigate their page with ease. Everything is at your fingertips and the learning curve is minimal.
  • We are a small startup and the free version gives us what we need while we are growing. They pack in a ton of features in the free version and I will not hesitate to pay for the next plan once our business is profitable and we reach the next level.

  • Theyre customer service is by far the worst ever.
  • They have to stop banning user accounts for no reason. They have been wrong on so many counts, it just will make you wonder which primary school student is giving them info to make such horrendous decisions.
  • Their high handedness is handling cases, they keep giving copy paste client servicing replies, won't own up to it being their fault, and leave you in a lurch absolutely unbothered. This is a black spot on Google.
  • They keep sending you emails with warnings about stuff you haven't even dreamed of doing. Saying absolutely shady stuff like "asking your family to click on ads for you is an invalid activity" What will I earn out of that, 25cents after a 1000clicks? Do you think my 80yr old granny has the energy to keep clicking something for 1000times?
  • They never have the courage to accept they've made a mistake and they may have collected some invalid data without considering all of the circumstances. And if you try to draw their attention to that, they give you a deaf ear. It is really sad, for such an amazing product. The attitude sucks big time.

  • The current version of the product does not have the easiest setup and visualization for custom reports and dashboards. Not a blocker to usage, just not as easy as it should be. A major update is in the works as of this review, though, so check the latest release. The team is very responsive to user feedback, so most of the usability nits should be resolved with this update.
  • There are some additional new features coming out fall 2016, so check out the latest there.

The UI and reports are great overall. Creating reports just requires a few too many screens and clicks. Also dashboard tiles can't be resized. Both of these are easy items that are being addressed

Better rates
Reply very often.
No fake copy paste customer service.
No high handedness in handling cases, they always listen.. And then make decisions, they never brand you a self clicker and ban your account when you are innocent

Woopra

Mixpanel looks too mobile oriented. Very limited in some scenarios.Google analytics seems too B2C products oriented. More on aggregated data, retention, funnel and conversion. Woopra allows a better follow of particular users when needed.Heap has a very detailed click history of each user around all of your application which was amazing to find particular user interface bugs, but was pricey and free tier was too limited.

Return on Investment

  • Before I got into it my other friends told me there are way better Ad providers. But being a Google fan I still signed up.
  • Now I remember writing to AdMob, requesting them to give me earning rates... But they never replied. So zero return on investment. They just keep you guessing.

Woopra

  • Really helped us begin to segment our users based on their engagement and retention.
  • Helped increase retention by about 1.5% after about 5 months of implementation (don't shoot the messenger if your team can't implement that quickly).
  • I felt like it had great potential to create a pipeline between sales and the CSM, but I had trouble getting the sales team to implement it properly as they had their noses deep in calls and emails (they struggle entering notes in SalesForces as well, so it's more a company specific problem).
