Likelihood to Recommend Blue Prism Intelligent RPA is well suited for the processes which are rules-based in nature. This software works well with web based application integrations. It's very easy to capture the object details and code the workflow with ease. The record functionally will do the trick most of the time and will save a lot of effort in coding the workflow. Work needs to continue in the surface automation part. It works with surface automation but there are chances of failure sometimes and we feel like the control of automation is very fragile.
Read full review Azuqua is well suited to connect data based systems or to add an extra level of automation to Smartsheet without requiring the control center. It is also well suited for people who don't have in depth understandings of programming. The UI is mostly visual with click and drag systems instead of requiring manually entered variables.
Read full review Pros Resource pooling is excellent. The control room, work queue management is an added strength to the Blue Prism tool. The release manager is also very good for deploying the packages in the new environment. It has the feature to identify the references for the used variables and the objects so while deploying the package it is easy to deploy without missing the important data. Scheduling, user management is simple to use and is very clear. Read full review The concept of reduced code to simplify use by less technical teams lowers the barriers to integration and allows teams to collaborate with ideas and concepts much easier The ability to review simply any error cases simplifies the old approaches of debugging and reviewing large and complex logs While not strictly part of the platform the support team's efforts to assist, to help clarify issues and then (where necessary) to resolve bugs was a large benefit and a key driver to extend the platform's footprint. Read full review Cons It is better to have functionalities for an attended ROBOT, but I am okay with that. Data types are constant only if we are using their special type of code block. I've had no other issues with Blue Prism operations. It would be better to have a free online "Advanced Training Program" for Blue Prism, apart from their certification program. Read full review The lack of connection/card documentation. Every card does have a section with details, but they are sometimes lacking. The help center and community also need some structuring work. Every single connection/app should have a section with detailed documentation regarding its triggers and actions. The FLO history section needs to be more refined. It sometimes does not load and choosing the date doesn't actually show execution results from that particular day. Read full review Usability It's easy to handle and automate. Saves time and money in significant manner. Once a process is implemented, it performs the tasks with more than 95% accuracy so that's a big help. Costing is a bit high and object recognition work may need time to be hands on that's [the reason] this rating.
Read full review Support Rating Support is good and now with time online support in other forums is becoming available as well. Blue Prism support in itself is also good. Documents and blogs can help to find the solution. Since it's relatively new, sometimes if I'm stuck it can take time to find the solution or connect to their team.
Read full review Alternatives Considered Better User Interface.Better customer service.Easier to learn and use. But has greater risk compliances. Less preloaded automation. Less editing features and a big no while working on big projects. Fluidmesh is better in pricing and better management of multiple projects but I believe Blue Prism is perfect for beginners and small-scale companies.
Read full review I had to use the Automate tool for funneling image assets in bulk (tens of thousands) from FTPs into various destinations on an eCommerce platform. The user interface was quite harsh in comparison to Azuqua. Far more text/code line driven.
Read full review Return on Investment Huge cost saving/time-saving and manpower utilization when the bots are implemented by decoding the business use cases perfectly. The negative impact, the whole process or automation can lead to incorrect processing of data if the logic of the use cases is not implemented correctly in the bot. Read full review It is very good to maintain customers updated. It is good so we can not delay on our responses, and customers keep confidence in us. We are able to work multiple persons on a single case without having dificulties on finishing the tasks. Read full review ScreenShots
