It’s way easier than other HR tools. It’s perfect for middle size company [with] 100-500 employees. It requires very [little] effort to perform all tasks. For salary calculation, it sometimes got stuck in the monthly calculation. Other than that it’s all perfect. It decreases a lot of time and allows us to manage other operations. So I would always recommend it over any other software.

BiznusSoft HR (formerly HRMSSoft) is a set of extreme levels of expertise that stops and covers all the loop holes in the HR system of any company. Every employee follows the process through. Everyone can be treated equally and there will be no favoritism and politics in the system.

I would always prefer it over BambooHR because of its versatility. It has a lot more features than BambooHR. For example, for salary calculation, [we] have used another tool for salary along with BambooHR. But now with BerniePortal, you can [do] all the process in it. So it means you can add 2 functions [at] the price of one and a lot cheaper.
