In case of new recruitment applicant tracking, application management, approval process control, etc could easily solve with Core HR. It is very much suited for company records management. It is a complete database for current employees as well.

Read full review Pros Functioning is very easy and very much clear to the new users as well. Detailed payroll structure of your compensation. Salary slip is available for all the previous months as well. Claiming of different allowances like phone bill, internet bill, shift allowance etc are very simple. The fact that it is not possible to override the system and hire someone without a proper and valid work permit, makes our lives more relaxed. Adding a new policy is done within a couple of hours... for the company that has close to 400 employees. Reporting is quick and very easy to handle. All of your data can be pulled from the phone! I would say that this tells you a lot about the software itself - very user-friendly - which is why I scored it a 7! There have been a few times when it has taken me a while to work out errors on a page, for example, phone number formats. It would be useful if Harri were to provide more information e.g., if you were to hover over the telephone number, for example. It told you the way it wanted you to write it.

And the very most reason to switch into Core HR is it has a free trail version for the users. That gives you much flexibility to check everything out properly

Claim different allowances with this tool and track it as well. Track your time and attendance here. We can modify the shift plan here and change the WOs but it will go for approval to your manager.
