Crowdtap vs. Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud

Crowdtap is a good application for teams that need quick feedback on new design or advertising options. They seem to have good data on the respondents and their relative fields. Many of the designs of the questions are easy to distinguish and do not overload the respondent with too many options

SocialBakers is great for scheduling content since it allows you to upload content, add copy, schedule it for a time it will get the most engagement and eyes, and pass it along the approval pipeline for your organization. Additionally, the reporting and analytics tool provides a comprehensive overview of campaigns. I do not recommend SocialBakers for community management. The process is too complicated and takes far longer than other tools available

• In the publishing calendar. It seems like I have to change my filters every time I login. Would be nice if it could save our settings from session to session.
• Dark posts parameters are set. Not having to be able to customize further has turned us away from using that feature in Socialbakers.

Web version is perfect. Lost 2 points because of mobile version that could be optimized.

Compared to other vendors that generally charge you for customer support and a not always perfect service, SocialBakers support is included and very efficient.

The online training was fine but, in the end, the best way to learn any product is by actually using it.

The platform is so easy to understand that no "expensive consulting firm" is necessary to implement it!

Crowdtap allows the user to provide short questions and images to get quick turnarounds for competing ideas and designs. The rewards system is useful and seems to be very competitive with other products. The questions are mostly short, however you can also create detailed multi-step questions within a campaign. Overall Crowdtap is the best in its area.

Socialbakers' team is more open to have conversation about the product. They are more helpful and their customer service is way better. They almost do same things, however Socialbakers has a cleaner interface and it is easier to use by the team
