Overall Satisfaction with Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud
Emplifi has allowed our team to function exactly as we need. We don't have a dedicated social media manager, so the use of approval work flows has allowed us to request content creation by team members who aren't experts in social media writing. As a global organization, we closely monitor what our subsidiaries are posting by adding their "public profiles" to our account and reviewing their content feeds. Prior to using Emplifi, this was a very manual process of finding each subsidiary in the native platforms. Lastly, we truly value the labeling functionality. We categorize each post by topic and campaign, which makes dashboard creation and reporting very quick and easy.

- We would like to add more public profiles at no cost
- In the approval workflow, it would be great if one person could serve 2 roles such as both Content Creator and Publisher.
- When our Publisher changes the posting date, it has to run through the approval workflow all over again. This is unnecessary as she is merely changing the date.

We used Sprout Social in the organization for a few years before switching to Emplifi. We also used a free version of Hootsuite to take advantage of their content streams, but they discontinued that feature so we transitioned away from Hootsuite. We found Sprout Social to be less intuitive that Emplifi. We prefer the Emplifi interface and ease of use.
