Likelihood to Recommend	ECI Software Solutions No answers on this topic	Vivun, Inc There are some major gaps in feature functionality that I would expect for a tool that is supposed to integrate well with SFDC. For instance, notes do not format in SFDC the way they do in Hero, by Vivun.
