Zoom offers a Video Webinar option supporting unlimited audiences viewing live with presentation engagement tools like group chat, dual screen support, live broadcasting to YouTube or other platforms, polling, and other features supporting streaming webinars and virtual events.
Everwebinar allows you to take a previously recorded webinar and set it up to play like a scheduled webinar automatically. This way you don't have to show up every day several times a day to do your webinar. Just have the end user sign up for the next available webinar that …
Just to give you an idea of the whole process. You connect your recorded video to EverWebinar and then it takes you through the steps to build out the whole automated webinar system. You design a registration page, once a person is registered they are taken to a holding room, which you will also design or choose a template, that has a timer of when the webinar will start. Once the timer is up, you are then directed to the "live" webinar. Since it appears to be live, you are unable to stop it or rewind. It has worked wonderfully for us for the past year
If you are a small business or just started with virtual meetings, Zoom [Video Webinar] is best for you. It does the job very well for which it is made for. For teaching, webinars, workshop purposes, Zoom [Video Webinar] can be used easily. It has 100 participants limit for basic users which can be used by trial user user in order to have a idea about its working. Zoom [Video Webinar] can be very well used for bigger webinars/ seminars or bigger gatherings also by considering Business/ Professional plans. The subscription charges are quite low as compared to other software's. Zoom [Video Webinar] has limitation of not providing room or space for other features like class material, Meetings notes, Quizzes etc. Zoom [Video Webinar] can improve its performance also while presenting and it needs to work more on security reasons also.
EverWebinar is really good at the set-up process for your automated webinar. It makes it very easy in their step-by-step set-up process
EverWebinar looks really nice on the end user's side. When people are attending your webinar, they will have a very easy and intuitive experience. The format looks modern and professional.
EverWebinar also allows you to make it feel like an automated webinar is LIVE or WAS Live. You can add comments to pop up at certain times etc.
EverWebinar has their own tested landing pages that you can choose to use AND you can also split test them - which is something other webinar companies dont' do.
Zoom handles multiparticipant meetings very well through a centralized screen that allows you to see all participants, conduct group or individual chat sessions during the meeting and allows anyone to share documents in the meeting.
The chat feature in Zoom is very helpful during a meeting for discreetly reaching out to another colleague in the meeting when you want to share verify or validate something before announcing publicly in the meeting. It's great to have sideline conversations that are relevant to myself and another colleague in the meeting without disturbing the meeting.
The video features of Zoom are great! Since many of my meetings are conducted virtually, it's nice to see and talk with someone via Zoom's video feature to make our conversations more personal and meaningful
We will be renewing with Zoom as long as it continues to meet our needs for client and lead outreach needs in a robust manner. With little error and an easy to use interface, Zoom has met our needs and exceeded our expectations. The cost is right and with a short learning curve, Zoom has been an easy decision to make and maintain.
Ease of use and fairly simple to navigate to set up or attend a meeting. It is a simple set up and you can use simple help tutorials to get to where you need. Other users without a camera or microphone will be able to attend a meeting with a simple interface that will allow them to join. By not limiting users more people are able to use this product.

I could probably list another 1/2 dozen vendors beside the ones noted above. They all have various pros and cons. I'll start with the lesser products Google Hangouts and Skype - while they are generally cheap or free their features are minimal and really not appropriate for anything more the small conversations. Blackboard Collaborate has some had some up and downs, they have tried to re-release it a few times with drastic UI changes but it's not something Blackboard has even really nailed + plus obviously, it's tied to an organization using Blackboard as their primary LMS with may not work for you. While there may be a stand-alone purchasing option It's typically tied into buying a package of products from Blackboard. Adobe Connect was OK, I used it for years but it's not up to par with the quality I expect from Adobe. The updates they've made to it over the years are quite minimal and its flash-based tech is a growing issue. Also, the creation of meeting rooms and telephone/conference line integrations are extremely tedious. If you do go with this product at least get the hosting through Adobe, hosting locally seems to add a high level of slow down to the system and their support of self-hosted users has been subpar. Lasty, GoToMeeting is probably one of the few products on here I would flat out call AWFUL. I wouldn't use it even if they paid me. Avoid.
