Likelihood to Recommend	GoTo (formerly LogMeIn) I love it for small or 1-1 sessions but the pricing makes it prohibitive for large events in my organization. Though it’s amazing for large webinars, the pricing keeps us from employing it organization-wide with large seat licenses and instead we use Zoom. Cons	GoTo (formerly LogMeIn) Audio - many of my customers cannot use PC audio because their microphones are not recognized When I send out a meeting invite from Outlook, the message includes a default link to Teams, so there is much confusion at the time the meeting starts. Likelihood to Renew	GoTo (formerly LogMeIn) While we have found GoTo Meeting to be very useful and a part of our normal way of doing business, there are alternatives that are more cost-effective. For example, Microsoft Teams is available as part of our M365 subscription. This will require us to complete a cost analysis to determine which product makes more sense for us to move forward with. Return on Investment	GoTo (formerly LogMeIn) Positive: Staying close to client and making sure they have the best customer service. Positive: Creating higher client conversion rates by being present on calls. Negative: When technical issues occur on GoTo Meeting the client is left wondering how professional we are.
