Considered Both Products
GoTo Meeting
Chose GoTo Meeting
The features of GoTo Meeting are a bit limited compared to Zoom. However GoTo Meeting has more reasonable pricing. This is why I mentioned that it's a good option for smaller companies but you'll likely switch platforms as you grow. The other downside is that GoTo Meeting is …
Chose GoTo Meeting
We use Zoom for the entire organization because it’s far more cost effective. But, my role as training manager requires my use of GTM to allow all the required features that make my training sessions the most productive. I would always prefer to use GTM over Zoom because the …
Chose GoTo Meeting
We only use GoToResolve for unattended access to certain customers. It is not used for remote meetings.
Chose GoTo Meeting
GoTo Meeting has feature parity with Zoom Workplace in terms of setting up and hosting web meetings.
Chose GoTo Meeting
GoTo Meeting has lower costs for regular usage for employees where they can't afford to take full package annually
Chose GoTo Meeting
In my opinion, it is not as efficient, and we are much more used to using the Teams commands over the GoTo commands and actions. The learning curve was quick, and I do not know if transcribe is an option in GoTo like in Teams, which makes sharing calls very helpful.
Chose GoTo Meeting
As I have used same multiple platforms, to my expeience and understanding it's much more reliable. It works on low bandwidth. It's quality of audio and video confercing is highly remarkable which allows us to build a strong relationship with the client. Also it beacuse of this …
Chose GoTo Meeting
GoTo Meeting showed great strength in offering more stable meetings which have more clearer visuals and audio as compared to the other options. Also, GoTo Meeting is much superior in offering great sync between the video and audio which makes our meeting discussions clear and …
Chose GoTo Meeting
We have 15 15-day trial version to get complete usage learning about the meeting before getting a paid login. User-friendly and has all the options to conduct or setup and meeting.
Chose GoTo Meeting
They are pretty comparable products. I think it's more about recognition from the users/clients. So in the US, Zoom is well known and easy to hop on. Internationally Go To seems to be an easier solution.
Chose GoTo Meeting
GoTo Meeting does better with video and audio than Teams but Teams does a better job with calendar integration
Chose GoTo Meeting
Most meeting software are very similar. I think Teams is smoother and its integration with Calendar in Outlook is massively better. However, GoTo Meeting has the ability to pause screen sharing which Teams does not have.

Zoom is my ideal meeting software, however I do not …
Chose GoTo Meeting
Even though its alternatives are more popular and have a wide range of features, I prefer using GoTo Meeting because it's very user-friendly and less complicated. For fast and simple online meetings, I would choose GoTo Meeting over its alternatives.
Chose GoTo Meeting
We gravitate towards this platform due to its superior connectivity, as it consistently offers the most reliable and effective communication with our team.
Chose GoTo Meeting
GoTo Meeting was the one, which in the period of pandemic and thus need, offered the best price. Not absolutely, but it was not necessary to reorganize the structure and require a great effort from IT. Moreover it was immediately accepted by the teams and well implemented in …
Chose GoTo Meeting
It's has similar features but works very well for my organisation and have easy UI so my order client can also use it more effectively
Chose GoTo Meeting
The quality and features of this software are sufficiently robust, positioning it favorably when compared to other similar solutions.
Chose GoTo Meeting
Goto meeting has strong privacy policy in terms of users data than other competitive platforms and maintains data centres in all regions in the world. Goto is widely used by people in every organisation.
Chose GoTo Meeting
Teams free account is very buggy. In most of the cases call gets disconnected when answering the incomming call which is not the case in GoTo Meeting.
Chose GoTo Meeting
GoTo Meeting is in the middle of the pack. The reason we utilized GoTo Meeting is because it was originally Jive. Jive was in our backyard, we knew the owner. When it was Jive, it worked great. We helped contribute to the jive applications, we used it for free for them and we …
Chose GoTo Meeting
It offers an array of instructive features that greatly contribute to our collaborative efforts, including seamless coloration with large teams. The exceptional quality of both audio and video enhances the overall communication experience, providing a robust platform for …
Chose GoTo Meeting
I felt goto meeting is light weight while taking online classes. I flet it is fast also compared to the others I mentioned.
Chose GoTo Meeting
Zoom is definitely GoTo Meeting's biggest competitor in terms of similar features and overall functionality. I have read about security issues with Zoom in the past, but haven't seen GoTo Meeting make any headlines regarding security. That might be something to consider for …

GoTo (formerly LogMeIn)
I love it for small or 1-1 sessions but the pricing makes it prohibitive for large events in my organization. Though it’s amazing for large webinars, the pricing keeps us from employing it organization-wide with large seat licenses and instead we use Zoom. I can’t think of a situation where GTM is not well suited for online meetings or where it’s not better than Zoom, so I really do believe it all comes down to pricing

Cons
GoTo (formerly LogMeIn)
  • Audio - many of my customers cannot use PC audio because their microphones are not recognized
  • When I send out a meeting invite from Outlook, the message includes a default link to Teams, so there is much confusion at the time the meeting starts. Most users end up in Teams while I wait in GTM
  • The screen share options are quite confusing for my customers. They never know what to share or how to share

While we have found GoTo Meeting to be very useful and a part of our normal way of doing business, there are alternatives that are more cost-effective. For example, Microsoft Teams is available as part of our M365 subscription. This will require us to complete a cost analysis to determine which product makes more sense for us to move forward with.

Usability
GoTo (formerly LogMeIn)
The simplicity of GoToMeetings desktop, mobile, and web-based applications make it a very robust and user-friendly meeting solution. At times, it may be more complex than needed, but it is nice to have so many features that can be used if needed. Once installed, it is very easy to use and navigate.

When we have issues, they seem to respond quickly and do everything they can to help us. They have even tried to find other ways we could get more use out of their product, or improve the way we are currently using it. Overall, their support has been fairly good for us.
