Additional Details—Socedo's cloud-based software as a service (SaaS) is priced on a subscription basis. The vendor offers pricing models for small, medium and larger enterprises. The rate is determined by a few factors: Number of prospects engaged with; Number of leads with corporate email addresses exported; Number of campaigns run; Integrations with CRM or Marketing Automation systems; Whether the organization utilizes the vendor's Managed Services. All packages come with a standard six months agreement. The vendor does charge a small, one-time onboarding fee.

Socedo is very well suited to B2C style businesses that want to grow their following on Twitter but in a targeted way. It is perfect for starting the conversation with those users and directing them to offers and/or gated content.

  • When Infusionsoft purchased GroSocial it seemed like product development ceased. Many other companies surpassed their abilities.
  • They are very expensive for what they offer. Many other companies now offer better platforms, for far less.
  • When there was an issue (ie in a campaign, or link broke etc) the support team would blame the client first, when in most cases it could be proven to be a software malfunction.
  • Tabs are no longer smart phone friendly. When we stopped using GroSocial they had not set up the redirect link at that time. This may have changed now.
  • When you manage multiple accounts, your client could stop your access to their account. They could then stop paying for the service, and their tabs would still be live. GroSocial is the only one who could disable the tabs. It was not automatic.

Socedo differs from Narrow in that it requires manual approval of the accounts you wish to follow where Narrow is much more automated in its approach. Socedo also provides additional functionality that is lacking in Narrow with the automated messages that can also be A/B split tested.
