I personally enjoy Sponsored Jobs BUT it gives you a very wide range of applicants. Many of them are not qualified for the position you are recruiting for. I would prefer quality of quantity when it comes to my hard to fill positions.
We had tried others, and thought this was be another good tool to try. LinkedIn has become a goto place for many professionals, so best utilize that. LinkedIn has a number of features, but the best part is that it is the latest trend by users and HR departments. So, many …
Dice seems to have a good database of candidates but it's not like a single integrated platform offering an end-to-end solution for recruiting. LinkedIn seems to be better in that way offering talent search, verification, and validating the authenticity of the candidates, plus …
Talent Hub is one of the best softwares out there because there are far more users using LinkedIn so it is easier to get leads for the job postings. We have used Lever and Greenhouse, which are definitely more customizable, but we did not really have a need to customize to any …
This system is very user friendly. You don't need a lot of training to dive into the system, like other systems that you have to spend time learning the ins and out of.
LinkedIn Talent is great because you get so much information on each candidate, it is easy to reach out, and you can filter based on specific skills you need for the role. It is easy to use and makes it so simple to find new employees for every department and role.
LinkedIn Talent Hub is the best software out there for making the hiring process simpler. It has helped us save time and manage the hiring process and pipeline with ease.
Adp’s recruitment package was free so it did not have what we needed for hiring analytics and automation, it simply did [not] stack up to a higher-end platform designed specifically for talent acquisition. There was no doubt LinkedIn Talent Hub was better.
I like LinkedIn Talent Hub over every software i mentioned above. It is very very dynamic and very very easy to use. Connecting with people is very easy. Posting positions is very easy. Overall it is a very great place to look for a candidate to fill up a position. Recommending …
Smart recruiters is a smaller tool, we have been working with two tools alongside, Linkedin being a larger and main one, as it is able to provide more resources when it comes to technical difficulties and support. SR tool has a more customizable interface and partners working …
The best ATS tool for all the recruitment functions, managing the job postings, and other things like onboarding and training as well. I prefer this. [It] is the best one for both job postings and hiring and managing the candidates. Everyone can use this easily. All can …
The LinkedIn Talent Hub is so much better that the other regular one. We use it when we look for a small position internally for example, we post our job posting and pay per day for 2 or 3 months, depending on how difficult the search for the candidate might be. But for …
This is the only tool we have used like it but I do not have any complaints about it and definitely would select it again. There are not really any features that are not offered.
We liked how LinkedIn talent was geared towards the younger crowd and IT talent. This was really our goal for the initiative: to bring more new employees from the pool of new graduates. The other sites had too many resumes to filter through that we didn't have time to go through.
LinkedIn Talent Hub pools talent to review, unlike other ATS in which people have to apply and upload or fill out. Talent Hub is an easier means to see careers in more depth in addition to the resume.
LinkedIn Talent Hub is a really good product in theory and mostly in use. I just feel like listening to more of the feedback and reviews from customers this could be a top of the industry product. Indeed and especially Monster and Careerbuilder are just out dated and not …
LinkedIn Recruiter Pro can be used in conjunction with a lead tool like DiscoverOrg. However, LinkedIn is way better when it comes to more accurate data and a larger data set. One provides phone numbers (DiscoverOrg) while LI Recruiter Pro offers a way to inmail (email). I find …
It's definitely better than other competitors because of one a better pool of candidates, who are well categorised and filtered, and the database is well updated. Also, it has a better UI with end to end hiring requirement management, that helps to make hiring faster and …
I have used Brassring a lot and it seems to work well for corporate ATS. I used it as a recruiter not a TA Manager or leader so I can't speak to those challenges or praises. Jobvite also as a recruiter but it was from a staffing agency and it was years ago though I liked it. Job…
