Likelihood to Recommend Novi Survey works really well as a cost-effective option for companies looking to provide surveys and polls to a larger audience. The cost helps provide a great incentive for users to learn the (more complicated) service and save previous templates to save time in the future. The platform enables users the opportunity to export survey / poll results to other formats (such as excel) and quantify the data more effectively. The platform does struggle in immediate availability for users - as there is a larger learning curve compared to other options out in the market. So, if one is looking for immediate speed and accessibility to a platform, they may want to look for another option. However, if there is a dedicated user who is willing to train and improve, then this may be the platform for you.

Salesforce , the structure that NPX imposes is actually clunky and unwieldy, and is much more streamlined on competing platforms such as
GetFeedback and SurveyMonkey. The only thing that leaves is the consultative service on being best practice and I don't really get to see any of that.

One has to spend a significantly larger amount of time in order to create surveys. The platform is much more manual than others. Read full review Likelihood to Renew The previous experience was so negative that even if they have improved since then it wouldn't help. Another more pertinent reason is because we have an existing 3 year contract with Medallia. Lastly, vendor transitions in our environment (B2B in 132 countries) is extremely painful. I've managed two of them and wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.
Read full review Alternatives Considered My company decided on primarily using Novi Survey based on the affordable rate for a large organization. Novi Survey is a quality survey / poll builder that aims for the more manual user. The platform works well in a variety of contexts and has plenty of options to help differentiate and brand your material appropriately. Novi Survey does not have all the bells and whistles directly out of the box but offers a toolkit fit for creating quality content and efficiently extracting the results.
