Pros	Yooz Yooz allowed for the uploading of purchase orders and the matching of purchase orders to invoices for smooth processing of invoices. Cons	Yooz Unfortunately Yooz is a newer software company, and Yooz was not equipped to process large batches of invoices that needed to be paid. Yooz, in some instances, did not properly load invoices or credit memo information accurately into NetSuite. The detail in Yooz did not match in the general ledger in NetSuite, and the records did not match. Yooz's IT support also a difficult time correcting our issues. Yooz is a new company and there is still a lot of software upgrades and better development that needs to take place before it can be considered a reliable software. Alternatives Considered	Yooz Yooz comes close to Coupa, but Coupa is much more robust and can handle much larger batches of information.
