Since the company has grown, the personal touch has dispatched and it's more difficult to get a rep. There is no longer a phone call that can be made but the responses don't take as long as others and the glitches are becoming more and more frequent.

This is the program of choice for my company. There may be more effective email marketing services out there, but I also recognize that other teams in my company (who use the website lead tracking services) are most happy with LeadFormix. Furthermore, this program is more cost effective for us than others would be.

The communication was insufficient at the end of our contract and after, which makes it difficult to work with as a primary product. The pricing was extremely attractive, but kind of lead to "you pay for what you get", which doesn't work in a company our size. I do think the ease of use was higher than our current contract, but the CRM integration was lower.

Fortunately we insisted on a three-month contract. They realllllllllly wanted us to sign up on an annual basis, but THANK GOD we can move away from LeadFormix without having invested too much time in developing content and workflows that would not arrive in our leads' in-boxes.

Very user friendly and detailed. Although i did not need LeadFormix to go into great detail for what I was using it for, the user interface and graphics as a whole were very helpful and did not feel like a chore to check out results! (which is such a relief)
