Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We utilise GoTo Meeting for our meetings with clients and prospects. We need a product that allows for the dynamic sharing of screens with many attendees; as well as being able to record the session too.

Alternatives Considered

Microsoft Teams and Zoom

Most meeting software are very similar. I think Teams is smoother and its integration with Calendar in Outlook is massively better. However, GoTo Meeting has the ability to pause screen sharing which Teams does not have.

Zoom is my ideal meeting software, however I do not agree with its pricing structure

GoTo Meeting is a great meeting tool. When meeting with clients it allows for creation and sharing of meeting rooms with meeting attendees; which allows for the control of attendees joining the session.

My favourite feature is that GoTo Meeting allows for the Pausing of screensharing. When I have to quickly change the screen and carry out activities that the client doesnt need to every step off, it allows my to pause the screen we were last on rather than just showing a blank screen.

It allows for slicker demos.

I think it struggles with recording in places, the meeting creation platform could be improved greatly.
