Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Meeting

GoTo Meeting offers a very good looking platform for web conference call. We started to use it during the pandemic period and is still used from all my organization. It permits to reach colleagues based in other office and organize remote meetings with customer and suppliers, as well. Often it is used to solve issues rised by the smartworking.

GoTo Meeting was the one, which in the period of pandemic and thus need, offered the best price. Not absolutely, but it was not necessary to reorganize the structure and require a great effort from IT. Moreover it was immediately accepted by the teams and well implemented in the daily activities.

I can say that GoTo Meeting finds its best application in medium to large meetings where the screen condition is an integral part of the meeting. It turns out to be weak thinking about crossplatform situations and when the invited company has stringent rules in terms of the software used, because the market size of GoTo Meeting is smaller compared to the main competitors
