Customer Service is always available to help and to answer any question we might have. They also have the availability to log into our system and walk us through the steps or process needed to accomplish the task. If the issue cannot be resolved right away, they will take our information and create a case. If this is the case, they are good at following up and finding solutions.

All involved were very helpful and professional. From the sales representative to the technicians were extremely professional and friendly from purchase to installation. Our most recent experience was the migration to the MIP Cloud, which went quite smoothly without any hiccups despite my reservations. The migration was done efficiently and was completed in the time frame set out by the technicians.

Implementation of the product seemed easy enough. It was already in use before my first day. I've haven't had any problems using it. Neither has anyone else that I know of. System documents & modules are configured to our company's specific needs.

MIP (the name has changed since I came on board) has always been our Accounting Software. We recently moved to the cloud (2 years ago) and the client services was vital to our implementation. They fully worked with us on the date we would be starting with it, how it would work, what to expect, etc. It was very seamless for us.

We have used MIP Fund Accounting since 2002. Tedious set-up in the beginning as we ran a dual system for one year during the conversion, but once we transitioned, it has been great.

In our early set-up, MIP had a dedicated vendor for all areas, to provide local support. Pam Kennemore was great with issues, set-up, new modules, in office or group training. The annual convention/workshop trainings were also great. The service team was great. With the sale to Sage, then on to Abilia, some of the customer care features got lost in translation!

When we first started the implementation we have a team for the IT software side of things and then a trainer named Jo helped us with the set up and initial fund balances. In MIP we had more flexibility with our GL numbers so we had to do some revamping and adding to our own GL string which took us a while to get those transferred and decoded. I was disappointed in the fact that there was no helpful guide or a step by step walk through or handbook. There was a help button with questions and answers but not what we were hoping for. It was difficult for us to find the places in the modules where Cash was entered vs Cash Disbursements and how to enter our Vendors etc... when we had our training sessions with Jo it was over the phone and it was very fast paced. We had to have her repeat and slow down several times
