Support has always been quick and efficient. Feedbacks are always detailed and easy to understand. In the few cases that an issue was not resolved on the spot, Arena has always left these opened until they were reviewed and implemented at a later stage or in a future update when it applies.

Arena team has been very helpful in resolving our issues and the help section of arena is very helpful. the introductory sessions to help set up the arena has been really helpful. they have been consistently hosting arena training for new employees to learn on how to make the most out of arena and the price for which is pretty reasonable.

It has been rare when I have needed support, but my issue is always resolved in a fairly timely manner. It sometimes requires more explanation than I had initially expected, but the effort of support staff is always at or above expectations, and the resolution is satisfactory. More customized configurations will typically call for a longer resolution process with generic support staff.

Arena support provides webinars regarding system updates regularly and reaches out to us to so how we are doing. They are quick to address issues and are very detailed with necessary documentation.

They are quick to get back to you when you have a question. However, to become a 10, they should provide feedback on future enhancements / suggestions, as these tend to disappear into a black hole.

I do enjoy Arena and it's easy to use. It is more difficult for some users that don't use it as often and I tell them it's either use it or lose it. it's something that has to be used at least weekly to stay in tune with everything. I do think the yearly pricing is a bit costly.
