Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

Our personal support finally came back at the end of our contract, but their product just could not offer what the competition offered. Social media is moving fast, and you need to work with companies that understand that and are at the forefront of trends, you can't get stuck with a company that is standing still.

There are so many marketing platforms and at this time; the client prefers a company like Sprinklr who can help clients with a full suite of social media management tools to help them post across social networks, analytics, and measuring engagement.

I would revisit the tool in comparison to the competition if and when our current tool (Buddy Media) failed to meet our growing needs. Otherwise I feel like a handful of very suitable alternatives have entered the market and matured a bit since Vitrue held a tight grip on the space.

We're currently having renewal discussions but are too early in the process to make a definitive decision. We have many factors to consider, including price, enhancement of current offerings, meeting capability needs, and also balancing the use of other similar tools. Other social listening tools have integration offerings with other products we use, which makes a compelling argument to move away from Collective Intellect if they cannot begin to provide similar functions. Since their acquisition by Oracle, we are waiting to see the inclusion of additional tool sets that may also impact our decision.

Not likely to renew as I'm at a different company now and we're using Sprinklr for our Twitter publishing needs. Facebook has since rolled out Global Pages which allows us to do much of what we needed Vitrue for, natively. Just not necessary anymore to have this platform in play.

Overall the tool integrated into our daily processes smoothly. Our teams were able to work with the content there, schedule content pushes and work within the admin tool in a friendly GUI. Although my organization was satisfied with the performance, we understand that digital is an ever expanding field and are always looking to see what the next latest and greatest is. This is the main reason why I wouldn't give the application a 10 rating.
