MarketingOS left much to be desired. It doesn't have full integration with SalesOS and not all of the touted features are ready. The support wasn't great either.

Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo MarketingOS

Used it as an ABM tool to build audiences and run ads. Also occasionally told which companies were visiting the website and some of their intent.

  • Since the price was discounted to $30,000/year, you'll get what you pay for.
It's not rocket science provided that your own systems (Saleforce and Hubspot) are in order.
They can help you focus efforts and budget on the accounts that matter.
If you are already using ZoomInfo SalesOS, then you're almost obligated to get MarketingOS since they don't integrate with Demandbase or 6sense.

It's better than nothing. Their support and customer success teams leave much to be desired. The product lacks complete and seamless integration with their flagship SalesOS product. It did provide insight as to who is visiting the website. The ads component was ok. There is a lot that needs to be improved before purchasing again.

ZoomInfo MarketingOS Implementation

They never ended up uploading the custom intent topics until months after we submitted them. It was difficult to select the custom intent topics in the first place as well.
Change management was a minor issue with the implementation
  • The custom intent topics are a pain to choose and you don't have much control of it.

ZoomInfo MarketingOS Support

They spend most of their time pontificating on rudimentary matters. They tried to blame their own mistakes and shortcomings on the client rather than themselves.
