Overall Satisfaction with BlackLine

BlackLine is an amazing tool once you set [it] up it just rolls based on rules and assignments. We use to manage [the] full close process with Task Mgmt. Account recons have many templates to help automate and even drive journal entries. We record all journal entries in [BlackLine] and use a variance tool to manage flux analysis. Set up is key to make sure you don't bring a bad process in and you think of [future] growth within your organization.

BlackLine is a user friendly product vs using the existing ERP for journals. Dashboards, reporting, easy of customization, and administration is owned by Finance vs GIS.

I don't know any other tool that competes with BlackLine for [an] end-to-end close mgmt system. You have to make sure your team is trained, you think about a training methodology to ensure refreshers and best practices because there is still room for little vs high use of took especially with account recons.
