Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 Virtual Office
It is mainly used for internal communication. Only managers use it to call externally. 8x8 is used across the entire organization. It used a lot for chatting; we use it in a group chat. It should be used more for meetings in the same way we use WebEx. So basically it is used for internal chat and communication. We have one office in Toronto and one in New York.

- 8x8 Virtual Office functionality and desktop phone setup could be easier.
- Negative: It is too expensive for us for only internal communication.

- Skype for Business (formerly Lync)
We are actually switching to Skype for Business because it is included with Office 365.
