Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 Virtual Office

8x8 has been very beneficial for all of our employees. We all use the after-hours forward feature to never miss a client call whether it be sales or customer support.

  • My only complaint is the difficulty in blocking calls. Our former provider made this very simple.
I find that 8x8 is a well-run company that provides our small firm a great value in terms of services offered and competitive pricing.
The support team always answers my questions and ensures that everything is working based on my question.
