Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use the 8x8 X Series by answering, transferring, and taking messages for Spectrum Health Care Organization on a daily basis.

Pros and Cons

Return on Investment

Positive aspect is that I can make calls, fax, text and email patients through 8X8
Generating a large amount of patients

My reason for this particular rating is because I have not had any issues with 8x8 X Series and I have been in the medical field for over 25years it is the first phone system that I have come across that has an enormous impact on answering the phones.
