Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 X Series

We use as a full CCAS solution. We implemented in 2022, still rolling out some features to the operation.

Connectivity and support with our previous platform was a real logistical issue and impacted our service to customers. Being on a cloud solution is much more preferable.

The analytics suite has been a game charger for us.
  • Follow the sun support service
  • Implementation support
  • Customised reports
  • interval level reporting - I find it hard to believe we cannot get a 15 min report
  • Weekly reporting is set to Sunday to Saturday, very American approach. There isn't scope to change this to Monday to Sunday and this should just be a simple fix.
  • Initially we saw an impact to our service due to higher AHTs while colleagues got used to the system
Much more expansive than Unify. I would say Unify offers more in terms of custom reports to it's users

The implementation support from 8x8 was fantastic and training was very expansive to what I've experienced in the past.
