Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 X Series
I use 8x8 at my property, and it is a multi-family company. It really help with my building being a new lease-up and we are starting to get a ton of calls! 8x8 allows call to our mobile devices, so we are not missing any prospective residents when we're not in the office. This is my 1st experience with 8x8, and I am VERY impressed!
- Forward calls.
- Alert me of messages.
- Allow call to be taken on mobile devices by using the 8x8 App.
- Allow PM to make changes on app, instead of having to go through administrative.
- It has allowed my business to grow because we are not missing any calls due to how the system works and it is used company wide.
It has so many more features. Messaging, VM, Video meetings, Call use, and the success center are everything!
