Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use it as our phone system. Benefit is we can transfer the call to own cell or have call forwarding after hours to personal line. It also offers basic texting options. Besides that we don't many high demands or business problems that need addressing. We just need it to work as a phone.

Not a big fan of the system. Basically like any other online phone companies. I have used Ring Central, Turbo Dial, Lightspeed Voice. I felt the other companies had better service and back end support. 8x8 X Series gets the job done though. You can call, you can text. I mean basic necessities or for people that don't need much its all about the same. I feel like there is a lot that can be used with 8x8 X Series but because the support isn't there don't know much of its functions.
