Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 X Series
We just began using 8x8 as our main telephone provider. It has many more options than our previous provider for VOIP services and many more capabilities for handling all of our incoming telephone calls and call transferring and recording needs.
- Provides great training in doing the set up on a new account
- Very easy and quick to communicate with our account manager and support services
- Excellent ease of access via desk phone, desktop application and smart phone application
- There are some aspects of the software that can only be edited by support services, it would be nice if we could personalize all aspects of our account ourselves
- It would be nice if we could set up multiple desk phones for one user without having to do a hot desk
- It would be nice to be able to add services in the website without having to go through our account manager
- We're not sure yet of the impact 8x8 will have as we are new customers
We transferred from a small local company with VOIP services but quite outdated phones (Cisco phones that are so old they aren't compatible with 8x8 services), and 8x8 provided us with a suite of new Yealink phones with many more capabilities via 8x8 and their associated applications for a much (MUCH) lower price than our previous service provider
