Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 Work

Our company campus uses the system for three buildings. It has been a user friendly system and the support service has been great over the years. They have always resolved any issues I had with the IP phone system. It was a system that I was able to install myself on our church campus.

8x8 Work definitely provides us with flexible and scalable software that is easy to learn across the multiple ministries of our organiation.
The overall availability is great; however, there are times when that are application errors.
The performance of the system is wonderful. It never causes problem with other programs used on the internet services and it the response is quick and efficient.
