Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 X Series (Formerly Virtual Office)

It is used for faxing and phone service.
  • Faxing was a breeze.
  • VoIP services were uncomplicated and worked well.
  • They even have HIPPA setting.
  • Can record phone conversations and retain voicemails if needed.
  • Over the last few months our phones had problems where I had to call in to get them reset. That was terribly annoying and pain staking. I had to explain each time I called what the prior tech did to reset them.
  • We also preferred the old version of the virtual office. It was much easier to use and we could easily see the status of our faxes. With the new version we lost that function which is vital in patient care.
None. It was the first service like this.
I have grown tired of trying to explain the same issue repeatedly when I called the last few times. Seems they could’ve looked at prior cases to see what was done but instead I had to go through the steps each time and then after all else failed, they decided to take the action I needed.
