Overall Satisfaction with Abila MIP Fund Accounting
We use the MIP system for our AP and I find the system to be very easy and user friendly. I do use the help phone [number] and find the agents very helpful. The MIP community forums are also helpful.

- Love the Recurring Entry Function
- Ease in reversing transactions and voiding checks when needed
- Customer service
- I don't see that there is a great deal that could be improved on except perhaps more manuals and written how to instructions for the various functions.
- With the invoice reports we are able to run we are able to determine our timing/turnaround on invoice approvals and target some trouble areas within the organization.
The ease in which we are able to function in the MIP system gives us much more time to devote all the other aspects of the organization. We are not bogged down by a cumbersome system.
I have not considered any other alternative, it's not broke :)
