We use Absorb to help train and onboard our employees but we also use the platform to educate and training our customers on our products.

We love how easy it is to author and edit courses directly in the platform. This makes it very easy to push out course changes or updates.
Absorb has a very quick response time and always works to find creative solutions to any unique requests that we may have.
We found the user interface to be easy to use and customizable. We also liked the support that was offered during the implementation process.

We have found the platform well-suited to all of our educational needs. For example, the enrollment keys really help us assign the right onboarding content to new users. We are also able to use enrollment keys to direct customers to the exact training modules they need.
