Overall Satisfaction with Absorb LMS

As our company has continued to grow, my team went on a hunt for a learning management system to house all of our trainings, processes and update processes. Hands down Absorb LMS has been outstanding! We absolutely love Absorb Create to build engaging training courses, the reporting is easy to build and share wins with the team on how departments are engaging.

Pros

  • Building engagement from the team on training
  • Onboarding has become so much simpler for new hires
  • Tracking on educational and additional training

Cons

  • Viewing the scheduled reports would be nice. This would help redundant reports and be able to add or delete users receiving reports would be nice.
  • Inactivity report for users so that we can isolate users that are not meeting the training requirements.
  • Increased compliance in process
  • Increased learning engagement in training material
  • Streamlined employee onboarding
  • Content Creation (Absorb Create)
  • Content Libraries (Absorb Amplify or 3rd Party Libraries)
We absolutely love Absorb LMS! Although I am not an Absorb LMS Create Master yet, I was excited that our account manager [...] advised me of "office hours" now being offered! I plan on attending as many of those sessions as possible! I think Amplify is nice for a quick lesson and we used it pretty regularly when we first got started. I have not received any information about updated courses. That would be a good addition! When new courses are added to Amplify it would great to receive an email about new courses so we can check time out!
The Absorb LMS Support Staff is GREAT! 5 Stars all day long! They respond to open tickets quickly, help resolve any issues and always make sure we are satisfied before closing the ticket!
During our evaluation and research we really like LearnUpon and Lessonly but Absorb LMS came out on top with the ease of use and familiarity to our team and cost!

Hands down 10/10 Absorb LMS and the Absorb Staff are awesome! Anytime I find myself stumbling with an issue and cannot find the answer in Knowledge base the Absorb LMS Support Staff is on top of getting me the direction to proceed very quickly! They are always so quick to respond and friendly.

The initial training and launch of Absorb LMS was well planned and [...] was super amazing!

Even building automatic imports from our payroll provider to Absorb LMS for user imports was handled amazing by [...]! He was always spot on with helping us through the process!
