Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Absorb as our main LMS system. We are able to streamline training, and accurately manage training history. Absorb LMS has taken away the manual work that we've done in the past and has been able to make things automatic. Since the system is so intuitive we've been able to get staff to utilize the system and complete required training without pushback. This allows us to get a good ROI because the system is being used in the projected capacity. Absorb LMS has truly taken us to the next level, bringing a sense of professionalism to our LMS.

Every time I have reached out to support they handled my request with a sense of urgency. Every representative I have encountered has been professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable! Often when companies get your business the customer service falls short, but not in this case. I am always impressed by the level of support I am receiving and am confident that I will have a resolution at the end of the encounter.

Absorb was able to come on top because it was the only LMS system that met 95% of our needs. While we vetted several systems, this one worked the best for us. We are very unique in how we use our training system, so it was refreshing to have a company provide us with what we needed without having to "settle".

We transitioned from another LMS provider, which meant there was a large amount of data that needed to be imported. Our company is very unique in how we manage training and Absorb LMS made sure we were able to pull over everything we needed! We were afraid that we would lose data in the process, or would have to manually input it, but Absorb's team was able to walk us through the process. They were knowledgeable and got the job done. With us being so unique we require different functions they other organizations and they were able to meet our needs and provide us with workarounds for functions that did not currently exist. Absorb is dedicated to meeting the customer's needs and expectations and is always willing to go the extra mile!
