Overall Satisfaction with Act-On
We're using this software in the UK & Ireland mainly to address 2 problems:
1) interacting with our current customers via emails and
e-newsletters
2) generating leads with landing pages and social media
posts
- Fantastic customer service & support.
- Easy to use.
- Never had any downtime.
- It's being developed and updated all the time and Act-On communicates this to users regularly via webinars and e-newsletters.
- They actually do listen to their customers' feedback.
- I'd like to be able to post an image to Twitter.
- Posting to Google+ would be nice.
- It would help if I could upload images directly from the social publish page, rather than having to save my draft and go to the image library.
- Lead generation - sending out emails to our customer database regarding other services we provide that they didn't already know about. This generated leads from within our current database.
- Ease of sending out emails to the database - saves us a lot of time and we have the ability to send out as and when we want to, rather than relying on our head office staff as they have their own priorities.
Act-On is the first marketing automation software I have used.
