Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign
I am a solopreneur and was looking for a simple streamlined way to collect contact information and communicate with my newly growing audience. After looking at many options, ActiveCampaign served the most needs as easily as possible. I don't have an assistant to set everything up for me, so was looking for something that wouldn't take me forever to get going and frustrate me in the process. That is exactly what I found here.
- I can create custom campaigns quickly.
- I can see the activity of each contact in a simple snapshot.
- I can set up easy automations without going down tech rabbit holes.
- While ActiveCampaign has many campaign templates to choose from, I would like to see more! I don't see any that really are a fit for my brand and don't have the design skills to create one myself.
- I love the landing pages, however I have had some issues moving the blocks around and keeping spacing even, a little more simplicity here to customize would be great.
- I seem to have a good handful of contacts that are unconfirmed, maybe this is user error on my end, but I wish there was an easy way a DIY, non-tech person like myself could capture more of these contacts without losing them in the double opt in space.
- ActiveCampaign has given me a simple, fast, and powerful way to keep my contacts aware when I have offers on the table - they have taken me up on them and paid!
- ActiveCampaign has allowed me to take new contacts through a very simple on-boarding flow to find out who is truly engaged and ready to take the next steps and possibly buy!
- ActiveCampaign has allowed me to quickly and easily reach my audience to set appointments for discovery calls, which is where I close the most deals.
In the first formation of my business I used AWeber, and while I liked it, when I restructured it didn't feel like the right fit. I wanted something that felt more streamlined, easy to use (for a DIY, non-techy person like myself) and had more room to grow. I'll put it like this, AWeber felt like Android and ActiveCampaign felt like Apple ;)
