Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign

We use ActiveCampaign to manage multiple automation funnels of different clients. To do so we connect 3rd party tools and analyze all results with external dashboards. All data is real-time connected and being shared across our company. By choosing ActiveCampaign we solved our problem for a one-platform solution. ActiveCampaign fulfills all of our needs on this matter!

The ease of ActiveCampaign is way higher than other tools in the market. ActiveCampaign offers great flexibility, a great interface, and outstanding support. Besides that, there is lots of documentation available about different problems/solutions. Other tools are hard to understand and support is lacking. A big plus for ActiveCampaign!

Yes

The tool is easy to understand, maintain and deployment of automation funnels will happen in real time. Unfortunately working together with other employees could be difficult in certain scenarios. For example, having user-defined rights isn't possible. To do so we have to create different licenses and unfortunately, we cannot switch easily between those. Having this functionality would be a big improvement.
