Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCollab
ActiveCollab helps us run the day to day operations for our company and our clients. Our whole team uses ActiveCollab in order to keep everything moving in the right direction. It helps us keep track of everything we do and where any project as at in its timeline.
- They give you the source code to use on your own server.
- It is easy to sort clients and campaigns.
- The email notifications work perfectly when tagging and talking to people. They allow you to subscribe to tasks as well to keep in the loop on what is going on.
- They don' do Gantt charts well
- Integrations aren't awesome yet
- They don't have task dependencies
- It has saved us a TON of money (literally thousands) in project management software.
- It has helped us gain clients because we can show them the template of what they will see and give them access to it. When others don't have software that does this.
- Positive impact on ROI based on the time it's saving compared to our previous PM software.
ActiveCollab is 100% better than any of the other tools we have used. We had previously spent thousands of dollars trying out different software that was comparable, but this has been one of the best decisions we have made as a company. It's also the cheapest ongoing option, especially if you get the self-hosted version.
