Overall Satisfaction with ActivTrak
Activtrak is a tool we utilize for new hires as well as those on improvement plans/probation to help ensure they are efficiently and effectively working to their full capacity.
The main issue I've noticed is it may reflect someone is productive when they were not but screenshots allow me to verify that.

- Utilizing Activtrak for multiple team members
- Timestamps and being able to change the time/date
- Screenshots more often
- Reflecting true productivity rather than sitting on the same screen for multiple minutes
- It has helped ensure if someone is not the best fit for our team based on performance review on Activtrak

The screenshots help me ensure their productivity - something I didn't have prior to Activtrak.
Not so much a balance of workloads but just ensuring team members who are not meeting goals or underperforming are staying on task and pulling their own weight.
