Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica
We manage inventory, create and process service orders, Contract management. We are interested in using the Calendar as well for Installation purposes.
Pros
- Dashboard Reporting and drill down
- Filters and Silo of reports
- Image recording of quotes, ease of use to send via DocuSign... looking at integration, however
- MSA, invoicing and Quote adjustments
Cons
- I was going to advise on UI... however I just saw the keynote updates... I'm looking forward to that
- Formatting of Dashboard and chart series
- Addition of chart goal metrics to show alongside the live data
- Easy to teach others to use
- Not really using Employee management as much as we'd like
- ROI on the time it takes to close the month

No because we get our main support through a VAR, Crestwood. They help with support, and they in fact have the premium support contract
There was a time when quotes were not function and they were removing line item every time the invoice was updated... .. turned out to be small bug that was resolved the same day!!
