We use Acumatica to run our business as consultants. We use the accounting, project accounting and crm. We track our time in projects, use timecards and expense management. Our team uses different aspects in Acumatica from focusing on project billing to tracking customer support cases or new requests. We also use the crm portion for tracking leads

Acumatica allows us more time outside of the system to focus on our clients. We try to stay updated on the latest trends in Acumatica and give updates to our clients. We are always on the lookout for what helps our clients reduce steps in their processes and to streamline to create more efficient ways.
We are consultants so we use the CRM, project accounting and time and expense. We've had to customize quite a bit to get the projects the way we need. We run a rewards based accounting for our support so this wasn't native functionality in projects creation and billing.
They have very big differences. Report and dashboard function is easier in Salesforce.
