Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat
I use Adobe Acrobat on a regular basis at work, it's perfect for editing pdfs, creating forms and signing documents.
- Editing existing pdfs
- Combining different documents in just one pdf
- Filling and creating new forms

- The comment feature and section could be better. We analize documents and CAD drawings on a regular basis, but it's not very easy to use. It could be improved by generating a full page with the comments inside Adobe Acrobat. It should be saved with the original document as 1 one file.
- Numbering the comments on the original document and adding this information on the comment page automatically, would make easier to identify where the comments apply on the document.
- Would be nice to edit the pictogram (with the number) shown in the document and its colors, by user(information that would be nice to edit) or by category
- The comment feature shoud be as easy to use as power Point
- Analizing projects and documents
- Editing pdfs, being able to put several files together
- Signing documents

- We have a no paper policy, and during the pandemic, it helped our approval process to be more efficient and susteinable
