Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Campaign
We use Adobe Campaign within our department. The solution is helping us to orchestrate customer journeys across channels. It's an important element on our communication strategy and change management processes, enabled by a complete set of technologies. Using the solution we are able to easily automatize our needs and reach a broader audience efficiently with the right accurate message.
- Journey Management -End-to-end complete user experience
- Integration - Avoid siloed and disparate systems/channels, helping to integrate the journey
- The new interface- Support for mobility.
- Analytics - Improves decision making
- UI could be reviewed to provide a new experience aligned to Digital and Innovation
- Space for improvements regarding reports - invest on visualization experience, considering compelling charts and dashboards
I haven't heard about or tried any other product rather than Adobe Campaign. I'm always open to new technologies and experiences, but so far Adobe Campaign meets all of our department needs, so thinking on a new solution is the least of our concerns right now, and I believe in the mid-term as well.
