It is mainly used for internal employee training or external customer/partner training.
- Offered in-depth content.
- Relevant industry topics and Adobe products were featured.
- Consolidates many resources in a single place for ease of use.
- The video was of lower quality than I would have expected from a company like Adobe.
- At times, the narration did not always reflect the same topics that were shown in the video at that moment. It's as if either the video had been updated but the narration had not, or vice versa.
- The ROI on time investment is hard to quantify, and learning anything new certainly takes time, but in our experience user retention was not optimal and additional trainings had to take place, costing additional time.
- The most positive impact is having the choice of many technologies at our fingertips when skills need boosting.
To date, we have not required much technical support from Adobe Captivate Prime, so perhaps that speaks for itself.

Adobe does not have nearly as many options as some competitors we have tried, however, when it comes to training specifically for Adobe products, going directly to the source was very convenient.
